We have successfully promoted potential development sites through the strategic planning process, achieving development allocations in former Local Plans and current Core Strategies and delivered some as successful planning permissions.

We are currently promoting a number of substantial urban edge, greenfield sites for developer and landowner clients, typically for mixed use developments from a few hundred to over 1000 homes. We are engaged in Neighbourhood Planning and have prepared Neighbourhood Plans for town and parish councils.

Our multi-disciplinary approach ensures we promote well-founded proposals based on a thorough understanding of site, surroundings, sustainability and the authorities' needs and requirements. We engage with Members and local communities at key times in the process, or as required, and we encourage interaction through exhibitions, presentations and meetings.
