We lead, prepare, submit and negotiate planning applications for a broad scale and type of development proposal. We support our applications Planning Statements, Design & Access Statements and advise on Section 106 and other related legal agreements. When absolutely necessary we will enter the planning appeal process.

We recognise planning is pressured, often controversial and, arguably, increasingly so. We work closely with our clients, recognising their objectives, and seek to enhance the process with the development of a comprehensive and excellent scheme, whether this is our own or provided by other professionals, such as architects.

We have achieved some notable planning successes in recent years including the Ryder Cup Course at the Celtic Manor Resort, South Wales, and 450 homes on a greenfield site in West Sussex.
