Planning Services
We represent clients on Structure Plans and Local Development Frameworks, and provide a strategic planning appraisal service. We lead teams in making Planning Applications and Listed Building Consent applications, and we support these with Planning Statements and Design & Access Statements and advise on Section 106 and other legal agreements.

When absolutely necessary we will enter the planning appeal process; we will instruct leading Counsel, prepare Statements of Case, give expert evidence at Planning Inquiries and appear on behalf of our clients at planning hearings. We negotiate planning conditions and co-ordinate their discharge to allow the commencement and occupation of the development. We work regularly with architects and urban designers.
