Whether we are leading or are part of a team, we work for the success of that team. We believe that successful teams make successful projects. Enplan was started in late 2000 and we brought together a team of experienced senior staff and able young professionals to work on a wide portfolio of projects. The two technical partners have over 45 years of combined experience and have both held senior positions with leading consultancies in their respective fields.
		Philip Russell-Vick is a Chartered Landscape Architect with extensive experience of major UK and overseas development, planning and design projects who has led multi-disciplinary design teams, coordinated environmental impact assessments and master planning. He is an experienced expert witness having given evidence at a range of high profile inquiries.

		Martin Carpenter is a Chartered Planner who has wide consultancy experience in a law firm, various private practices and local authorities. He has a broad range of experience throughout the UK of mixed-use, residential, commercial, leisure/recreation, retail and industrial developments. He has advised on large scale residential mixed use developments as well as enabling development involving important heritage assets. He is also an experienced expert witness.

The Partners are personally involved in all of the work undertaken by Enplan. Other key staff include landscape architects Ben Hilder and Lazlo Suppel.
